Terms of Service
Last updated: June 12, 2026
These terms govern use of comethru, an event registration platform operated by The Garber Company. By using comethru — as an event guest or as an organizer — you agree to them.
The service
comethru lets event organizers create registration pages, issue digital tickets and wallet passes, check guests in, and send event communications. Events on comethru are created and run by their organizers; the organizer is responsible for the event itself, its content, and how it uses guest information.
Organizer accounts
Organizer dashboard access requires an approved account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
Acceptable use
- Don't use comethru for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
- Don't send spam or messages to guests who have opted out.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the service, probe its security, or access data that isn't yours.
- Don't misrepresent an event, its organizer, or its affiliation.
Tickets and passes
Tickets and wallet passes are issued on behalf of event organizers and confirm registration only. Admission, refunds, scheduling, and event changes are the organizer's responsibility and subject to the organizer's own policies.
Disclaimers
comethru is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Garber Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
