comethru is an event registration platform operated by The Garber Company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use comethru — whether you are registering for an event as a guest or managing events as an organizer — and how we handle it.

Information we collect

• Registration details you submit. When you register for an event, we collect the information the event organizer requests on their form — typically your name, email address, and phone number, plus any optional fields the organizer has enabled.
• Ticket and check-in activity. We generate a ticket or wallet pass for your registration and record when it is downloaded and scanned at the event.
• Technical information. Standard web logs and privacy-respecting analytics (such as page views and device type) that help us keep the service fast and reliable. Your ticket may also be cached in your own browser's local storage so you can retrieve it without re-registering.

How we use it

• To create and deliver your event ticket or Apple/Google Wallet pass.
• To check you in at the event and help the organizer manage attendance.
• To send event communications on behalf of the organizer by email or SMS. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and SMS messages honor STOP replies.
• To operate, secure, and improve the platform.

Who we share it with

Registration information belongs to the event experience: it is shared with the organizer of the event you registered for. We also rely on service providers to run the platform — hosting, content management, email and SMS delivery, and wallet pass services — who process data only to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep registration data for as long as needed to operate the event and meet the organizer's obligations. You can unsubscribe from email, reply STOP to SMS, or contact us to request access to or deletion of your information at support@comethru.events.
